Non-porous facade renovation and protection
Facade maintenance is important for the appearance and value retention of your property. Impregnation is a good way to protect the facade. But what if this is not possible because the facade is made of plastic, aluminium, steel or other non-porous materials?
Even then, we at Mavro International offer a helping hand. We have developed a special product line for non-absorbent substrates with which you can renovate weathered facade cladding and window frames. Renovating means restoring the colour and gloss of the substrate. Moreover, renovating with our special coatings ensures that the substrate is protected against atmospheric pollution for up to 15 years and is easy to clean.
INOX or stainless steel is stainless, so maintenance is not necessary. Sounds logical, but it is not true. Stainless steel also needs maintenance to stay in good condition. For example, to keep its shiny appearance and to protect the material from damage that could give rust free rein.
For all untreated types of stainless steel, we have developed the Mavro INOX concept line of products. The solution for protecting and easily cleaning stainless steel lifts, balustrades, doors and more.
Whatever type of surface you want to protect, we have a solution for you. And we only go for the best. A good example of this is our product line of nano coatings and ceramic coatings.
By treating a surface with a nano coating, you make it resistant to moisture, UV rays, oil, scratches and more. And cleaning is also extremely easy after applying a nano coating.
If you choose to use a ceramic coating, you apply a thin protective layer that feels like glass. By coating a surface with a ceramic coating, you protect it against dirt, chemicals and scratches, among other things.
There are many options for protecting floors. If the floor has a mineral composition, impregnating it is a good option. When impregnating or hydrophobising, the applied agent soaks into the floor, making it water- and dirt-repellent.
Another type of floor presevation is a floor coating or cast floor. This coating does not soak into the floor, but stays on top of it. Besides a super sleek result, this type of coating also ensures that the floor is liquid-proof and resistant to chemical and mechanical influences.
Is it important for your business or garage that your floor is dust-free, wear-resistant and easy to maintain? Then choose to treat the floor with a dust binder.
How best to protect facades, municipal objects, infrastructural works of art and rolling stock from unwanted graffiti? By applying anti-graffiti coatings. Invisible layers that prevent graffiti from penetrating the substrate. It makes it much easier (and therefore cheaper!) to clean the surfaces.
It also protects the substrate against dirt, moisture, UV rays and atmospheric influences.
