je srednjeve\u0161ki arhitekturni spomenik, ki stoji na Grajskem gri\u010du v sredi\u0161\u010du Ljubljane, glavnega mesta Slovenije. Izkopavanja dokazujejo, da je bil hrib utrjen \u017ee v dneh Keltov in Ilirov in da so imeli Rimljani tam voja\u0161ko postojanko. Za\u010detek srednjeve\u0161kega gradu sega v 9. stoletje, \u010deprav je bila gradnja prvi\u010d omenjena leta 1144. Takrat je bil sede\u017e vladarja province Spanheim, ki je celo koval svoje kovance. Sedanjo obliko je dosegel po potresu leta 1511 in z nadaljnjo prenovo v za\u010detku 17. stoletja. V gradu so \u017eiveli de\u017eelni vladarji do prvih desetletij 17. stoletja. Kasneje je postal preprost garnizon in de\u017eelni zapor.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Obnova gradu je zdaj skoraj kon\u010dana, dva apartmaja za medene tedne, stolp, kapela in kavarna so odprti za obiskovalce, preostali del rekonstruirane stavbe pa se obi\u010dajno uporablja za predstave, razstave in dru\u017eabne funkcije.
