Gestisce anche la propriet\u00e0 De Kreppel e, dopo l&#8217;esperienza positiva con Nitocoat in questa propriet\u00e0, ha deciso di far trattare anche la propria.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Il rapporto di consulenza ha rivelato che le inferriate presentano una discreta quantit\u00e0 di corrosione, quindi devono essere riparate con i prodotti giusti. Anche i gommini delle finestre sono in cattive condizioni, quindi verranno sostituiti. Per cominciare, tutti i substrati sono stati ripuliti dalle alghe. Poi sono stati trattati tutti i telai delle finestre in alluminio e le guarnizioni delle finestre e delle porte intorno alla propriet\u00e0.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Per prima cosa, questi serramenti sono stati puliti con il detergente forte Uniclean Low Foaming, poi i substrati sono stati asciugati e sgrassati con Isopropanolo e quindi preservati con Nitocoat.
