Elan Wonen est la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logement de Haarlem, Heemstede et Velsen. Les 421 maisons unifamiliales des quartiers Assumburg, Balgzand, Dever, Griend, Hondsbos, Poelgeest et Vredenburg \u00e0 Haarlem font l’objet de travaux d’entretien importants depuis 2010. La r\u00e9novation des cuisines, des salles de bains et des toilettes, l’installation d’une isolation au bas du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, le remplacement des armoires collectives et des chaudi\u00e8res de chauffage central et le remplacement des abris en bois sont quelques-uns des travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par Hemubo.<\/p>

Le rev\u00eatement de la fa\u00e7ade en Werzalit a \u00e9t\u00e9 nettoy\u00e9 par les services de KSS & Noord avec Uniclean, un dissolvant d’algues et de l’isopropanol. Ensuite, le rev\u00eatement de la fa\u00e7ade a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9 \u00e0 son \u00e9tat d’origine par l’application de Nitocoat. Le Nitocoat peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur le rev\u00eatement en une seule couche et sans pon\u00e7age. Cela permet de travailler rapidement, facilement et \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt. Nitocoat offre une protection \u00e0 long terme, ce qui signifie que moins d’entretien est n\u00e9cessaire et que la couleur et la brillance sont \u00e0 nouveau pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
