Cet immeuble est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate d’une ligne de chemin de fer tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e. La combinaison d’ann\u00e9es d’exposition aux UV et d’une pollution importante rend les cadres et les rev\u00eatements ternes. Ces surfaces sont d’abord nettoy\u00e9es en profondeur par J&S Bedrijfsdiensten B.V. et Joris van der Sande, \u00e0 la demande de Built to Build Real Estate.<\/p>

Ensuite, tous les cadres et les rev\u00eatements sont recouverts de Nitocryl, un rev\u00eatement transparent, r\u00e9versible, qui restaure la couleur et la brillance.
