Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, los marcos se han vuelto porosos y se obtienen, lo que hace que el mantenimiento de limpieza sea cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil y costoso. La ruta de aproximaci\u00f3n de Schiphol y la zona boscosa en la que se encuentra el ayuntamiento del municipio de Amstelveen suponen una contaminaci\u00f3n adicional.<\/p><p>DSS de Leidschendam en 2011, por encargo del Departamento de Asuntos de la Construcci\u00f3n Gemeente Amstelveen, los marcos de las ventanas de pl\u00e1stico se limpiaron intensamente y se equiparon con Nitocoat para que los marcos de las ventanas tuvieran un aspecto uniforme.
