The Grand Hotel Amr\u00e2th Kurhaus The Hague, often referred to simply as the Kurhaus, is a large hotel located between Gevers Deynootplein and the boulevard along the Scheveningen beach. It features over 250 rooms. Additionally, the hotel houses a new restaurant, Waves at the Kurhaus, and several conference rooms.<\/p>

At the end of 2014, the Amr\u00e2th Hotel Group purchased the hotel and took over its operations. In recent years, little maintenance had been carried out, despite the building\u2019s seaside location. The new owner is investing heavily in the coming years to address deferred maintenance.<\/p>

The PVC and aluminum window frames were first treated to remove chlorides using the product Salt&Oxide Remover<\/a>. After this intensive cleaning process, Nitocoat<\/a> was applied. This restores the color and provides long-term protection for the frames.<\/p>
