Every day, public transport companies in Europe transport tens of millions of travelers to their destinations. Public transport companies actually have to deal with moving buildings that naturally also get dirty. Then the biggest challenge is: how do you make sure that all those vehicles get back on the road clean and free of pollution and graffiti? After all, traveler experience is something that will play an increasingly important role.<\/p>

Despite the deployment of more cameras and surveillance at stations, marshalling yards and railroad junctions, ‘graffiti artists’ regularly go to great lengths to place their work. Meanwhile, our products are used in about 20 countries at dozens of transport companies and we are in direct contact with rail and road transport equipment builders. Together with Alstom<\/a>, Siemens, Bombardier<\/a> and international inspection bodies such as DEKRA, among others, we are working on optimizing Mavro’s public transport product range for optimal preservation of the finishing materials.<\/p>

After all, the finishing materials used in trains or subways such as plastics and rubbers are not supposed to be affected by the cleaning agents used. The intention is that graffiti or paint can be removed quickly without having to repaint a tray wall after a year because the original paint or coating has become dull. Specific needs or requirements regarding odor or viscosity. No problem, we can do that and we make that. For example, in recent years we have developed a winter version of the product Graffiti Remover RS<\/a>. This product performs even better under cold conditions.<\/p>

Removing spray paint, tectyl, invisible ink and marker<\/strong><\/p>

Whereas on the outside of the vehicles in almost all cases there is spray paint, on the inside there is mostly inks applied by markers. The pigments and solvents used to fill the markers are often self-mixed by vandals, and developments in these are rapid. The “leather dyes” are supplemented with extremely aggressive goods such as battery acids and even cocaine. As a result, the pigments penetrate deep into the substrate and, in some cases, cause irreparable damage to the substrate. Mavro’s Ink Removers<\/a> can be applied to the daubing with a cloth, sponge or brush. Immediately after application, you will see the effect of the product and even the shadow in the substrate will be removed.<\/p>
